Frequently asked questions
When does snow service begin?
Our standard route trigger is 2 inches of accumulated snowfall. Weather guidance does not create a visit by itself; local conditions and the accepted agreement control dispatch.
What is included in a seasonal plan?
Current seasonal plans run November 1 through March 31, include up to 18 service visits, and are split into five equal payments. Additional visits use the accepted per-push rate. Snowfalls over 12 inches require owner review.
Can I add ice treatment?
Yes. Seasonal choices can include walkway ice treatment or full driveway-and-walkway ice coverage. The quote shows the exact coverage before you select a plan.
What needs a custom quote?
Oversized or extra-long driveways, steep grades, extra stairs or walks, difficult access, properties outside the active route, and snowfalls over 12 inches need owner review.
